Concerts...

*I added a picture because I had to include my dear friend Tamara.*
Two Tamra's in the middle! She is my soul sista we share a name (off by a letter) we almost share a birthday (off by 1 day) and she is my dancing partner in crime, we like to say that we can shake it with the best of them (don't ask) :) This picture was after the concert and all of the jumping and singing we did that night!

I have had such a fun summer I don't want it to end. I have such a great group of friends and over the last month I have gone to two great concerts. Journey/Cheap Tricks and then The Police Concert! Brought me back to my younger days. We should have dressed in 80's clothes and wore our hair high though! Oh well, we'll just be sporting our sunglasses! I guess I should clarify...this song is playing only because this is the Police song I played on the piano when I was younger, not because of any special someone :)

I've added pictures from the Journey concert too. Sorry Mark:) I had to!

4th of July

Madalyn was chosen to play on the All Star Softball team again this year.
She loves softball and is very talented! This shows her first catch of the game! Way to go Maddy!

The kids spent two weeks with their dad in Star Valley, and after the all star game they headed up to Idaho to go camping!

My children are so sweet and sensitive about leaving me to go and stay with their dad. They worry that I stay home bored, or lonely, or sad. I have to reassure them that I stay busy working, that I am not lonely (though I miss them terribly!) and that I have plenty to do while they are gone. So while they played with their dad I went to a cabin with a group of friends for the 4th of July weekend. We had a great time from cooking tinfoil dinners, making smores around the fire and even golfing the next day!

WHAT???

We woke to find that someone had toilet papered our yard!
Who could it have been? Charissa had been up late the night before playing night games with her friends and when I tried to wake her the next morning to show her what had been done..she was not interested in getting out of bed, so I left for work in hopes that she would get up and smile! But of course it rained about 10 minutes after I left, we still have toilet paper chunks mixed in with our top soil hopefully over time it will dissolve, right?

OMG Charissa turns 13 :)

I can't believe that my oldest is a teenager! She is still a blessing even with that teenage attitude! We had family over for a simple birthday celebration with gifts, chesse cake and games. She loves her new pointe shoes, clothes and her IHome for her IPod.

WE LOVE YOU SIS!
